How many transactions the newest block held. That is not a forecast. It is $0.02.
The count you buy is how many transactions the last block held, read from Bitcoin itself. Separately, the seller locks how many the next block will hold before that block exists. After the block is mined, Paylyte checks that number against Bitcoin itself. That is Proof of Outcome. Bitcoin itself is the ground truth. The record gets a stamp on Bitcoin so it cannot be quietly changed. That stamp is OpenTimestamps .
