This is one $9.99 product. It is not sold as a cheap checked file. The seller locks a new-certificate count before Saturday 00:00 UTC. After that time, Paylyte counts unique certificates on crt.sh whose start date falls in that week, returns those matching rows, grades the lock, and stamps the hash on Bitcoin. That stamp is OpenTimestamps. Paylyte does not invent a certificate.
The seller's Agent Trust Score comes from those graded Proof of Outcome claims.
